You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change. jiljili is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive important account notifications.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiljili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jiljili will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your jiljili account, you must notify jiljili support immediately at [email protected]. jiljili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
You may request the closure of your jiljili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
jiljili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a review period of up to 24 hours for first-time withdrawals. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). jiljili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jiljili may require players to withdraw funds using the same payment method used for their most recent deposit. jiljili is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

jiljili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiljili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiljili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiljili will use reasonable endeavours to restore service in the event of an outage but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
jiljili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiljili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jiljili processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
jiljili may share your personal data with third-party service providers engaged to support the operation of the platform, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services. jiljili does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
jiljili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jiljili reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, jiljili reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
